The location is just perfect, with an amazing view and a quiet atmosphere. the property has a separate kitchen and a small terrace, great for self-catering. the bedroom is large and there is an extension block near the TV to make up for the lack of plugs. the heater and air conditioning kept the room warm despite the winter mountain temperature. It is situated on one of the walk routes, making it a great base for walkers. Good WiFi signal.
Felt very much at home, no complaints.

I had an amazing stay at this rural hotel in the highlands. The main building had a traditional charm that made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The facilities were simple, but it gave me a taste of the authentic La Gomera. The owners grew all the food on-site and even made their own palm syrup, wine, and jams. Despite the language barrier, they were eager to share their traditional lifestyle with me. The hotel was conveniently located in a central spot, making it easy to visit nearby attractions without needing a car. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even upgrading my room at no extra cost. The on-site restaurant served exquisite vegetarian meals made with organic produce from the garden. The warm and generous hostess, Efigenia, made me feel like part of the family. I am already planning to return in the Spring.
Everything was fantastic.

We stayed at Jardin Las Hayas for a few days and it was the perfect base for exploring Garajonay national park. The restaurant, owned by the hotel, offered delicious food at a great price. The location was ideal for hiking, and the terrace in front of the holiday homes was lovely. The staff were accommodating and the rooms were clean and well-positioned to take in the beautiful surroundings. We even received a free upgrade to enhance our experience. We can't wait to come back in the Spring!
We can recommend this hotel.

Comfy bed and nice large bedroom. Beautiful, picturesque setting with great views. Convenient location for walking and exploring the surrounding area.
Small bathroom with no heating, difficult to use without knocking into something. Damp rooms with a lingering smell, especially in December.

Our stay at Jardin Las Hayas was absolutely delightful. We stayed for a few days and were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. The room and location were stunning, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the all vegetarian restaurant. The food was incredible, with each dish bursting with flavor, and the prices were very reasonable. We especially loved the cup of tea made with garden plants that welcomed us. The family managing the guest house created a relaxed and homely atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Our rustic, high-ceiling room opened up to a charming patio surrounded by fragrant orange trees and colorful calla lilies. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails. The room itself was cozy and peaceful, and the modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The communal seating at the restaurant added a unique touch, allowing us to mingle with other guests and enjoy a delicious, abundant meal. our stay at Jardin Las Hayas was relaxing and enjoyable.
Although the check-in process was slightly disorganized, the staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of a beautiful national park. It provided a great starting point for exploring the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. The food at the restaurant was a highlight, offering tasty and authentic dishes.
The rooms had a dampness issue, especially during our stay in December. Despite having the heating on, the rooms still felt damp and left a lingering smell on our clothes.

I loved how the reception and our room were in different places, so I could enjoy a nice walk every time I needed something. The view of the mountains and sea from the room was just breathtaking.
I really enjoyed that there was no wifi in the room. It was great to disconnect from the world and have some quality time with myself.
